GREAT LOCATION! We were 20min walking distant from the historic sites and the grand bazaar. Very close to the water front with all the nice shops and restaurants. There is a great breakfast place downstairs. The hotel offers breakfast which was great but I recommend you try different places to experience the Turkish food. The hotel staff is very friendly. Rooms were new, they put us in a new building. Our room was tight but we knew that before booking. The shower pressure is insane, you’ll love it. There is hair dryer, fridge, electric kettle, and a safe. A big closet but no microwave. You don’t need a microwave when you can have a great kebab for $10. There is a slight language barrier with the staff but they all use Translator apps to communicate and they do their best. The checkin and checkout was quick and easy. If we visit Istanbul again, I’m staying at the same hotel.

Great location! Easy access to the public transportation. Walking distance to Galata tower and Galata port. Walking distance to the shopping centres. Friendly staff. The lady who served us breakfast is very kind and welcoming! She made us feel comfortable. We enjoyed our time staying at this hotel. Thanks for your service.

We had a fantastic stay at the Triada Hotel Karakoy, thanks to its excellent location and affordable pricing. Unfortunately, our last day was marred by a regrettable incident involving a female breakfast staff member. She engaged in a loud and rude altercation with a male colleague in front of a full restaurant of guests and staff. This unsettling incident cast a shadow over an otherwise enjoyable experience, leaving us with mixed feelings about our stay.

Good value for money. The area near the hotel is lovely and not too loud, in the night it gets quite. Room and shower are good. Breakfast is included and has good quality products, but range is not very wide. They serve it on the upper floor with a tiny terrace, where view is simple but lovely Staff is nice, but not all of them speak English.

I stayed 4 nights in total. All the staff were friendly as well as the reception. Always greeted guests with a smile. Room cleaning was also excellent. Wifi was also fast compared to other Turkish hotels. Breakfast was fine too. It is also close to public transportation. This is a hotel that I would definitely recommend to my friends if they go to Istanbul to play.

Booked Superior Room and the Receptionist first gave us Comfort Room, which is a downgrade for what we actually paid online. After complaining he said that he cant give us the superior room as the building is under renovation, upon reaching the building, there was no sign of any renovations.Then he said that the room is in next street (150 metres walk) from the main hotel, which does not offer Breakfast and other Hotel necessities. Breakfast is average. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at this price. Room is so small, you can barely move with your luggage.
